For questionnaires, Risk Tolerance Test, and Household Info, you can send a link to clients ahead of time. Below are instructions for:

  • Sending Link
  • Risk Tolerance Plus, Household Info and Custom Sequences
  • Tracking Status
  • Reviewing Results.


Alternatively, you can use it with clients during meetings. Access it from the hamburger menu on the top left (three horizontal bars), and select Risk Tolerance Test and AccuProfile.


Sending Link

You can send link directly from the household page, or you can send a link to multiple clients from the Investors page.


Option 1: Send link from the Households page. 

Open the Household page (from Client Management-> Households), and click on the household to open it.

On the Household page, in the Household Members section, click on link icon in the brown box to send link.

If you don't see the link icon, click on the edit icon to add the email address for the investor.

  • On the "Send Link" popup, you can select a pre-defined sequence and click on send.


Option 2: Send link from the Investor Profiles page (you can send to multiple investors at once)

From Client Management-> Investor Profiles, select one or more investors, and click on "Send Link/Launch";


  • On the "Send Link/Launch" popup, you can select a sequence or define a custom sequence and click on send (see below).


Risk Tolerance Plus, Household Info and Custom Sequences

  • Every client is recommended to take the "Risk Tolerance Plus" sequence if they haven't already. It includes the Risk Appetite questionnaire, Risk Tolerance Test, and the Investor Type mini-questionnaire. 
  • "Household Info" is also useful if you need to collect household information (other family members and financial information).
  • For custom sequence, select "Custom" in the Select Sequence dropdown. Click on the components you want, and hover over the dots to drag the component to arrange the sequence.


Tracking Status

When the client completes the questionnaire, you will receive an email confirmation from advisor@andeswealth.com, with the subject line like "John Miller completed the questionnaire". 


You can also find the Flow Status on the Investors page (from Client Management -> Investors). 


  • The Flow Status column indicates the status:
    • Sent: when the email was sent;
    • Clicked: once the client clicks on the link and clicks on "Get Started";
    • Completed: After the client completes the sequence.
  • The Timestamp column indicates the last activity for the investor.

Reviewing Results

For the questionnaires and Risk Tolerance Test, you can go to AccuProfile page to view the results and the history.

For "Household Info", you can go to the Household page to review the information.
