In the Andes Risk platform, the terms portfolio and account are used interchangeably.

Analytics for client portfolios imported through integrations—such as Schwab/TD, Fidelity, Orion, and Black Diamond—are automatically calculated during the nightly batch cycle.

A portfolio may not have analytics for the following reasons:

1. The account is small. Our proprietary analytics are computation-intensive and are not automatically run for smaller accounts. Currently, the threshold for a small account is $50,000, though this may change over time.

2. The portfolio is marked as “Do Not Monitor.” An advisor (or another user) may have intentionally excluded the portfolio from analytics.

In any case, you can manually calculate analytics by selecting Calculate Analytics on the Portfolio page, located at the bottom of the Positions.
