The Client Management page is where you can manage your Investors and Households.

In our structure, Investors are real entities that are linked to portfolios, while the Households are shells.

Investors

The Investors Page shows you the Investors information. Here are the following ways you can utilize this page:

 

  1. Add or Upload Investors

The Add Investor lets you manually add an investor while the Upload Investor lets you import multiple investors via CSV file.

For your existing clients, they will come from the integration feed.

 

 

 

 

        2. Edit/Delete Investor Profile

Click the pencil icon to edit an Investor or the red garbage can icon to delete it.

 

 

Tracking Status

There are three ways to use the Risk Tolerance Plus and other flows:

  • Sending a link to client
  • Copy the link and embed it in a custom email to client.
  • Launch it directly when meeting with clients.

 

The Andes Risk platform keeps track of the status of the flow regardless how you use it.




You can see the flow status on the Investors page by looking at the Flow Status and Timestamp columns on the Investors page Client Management > Investors.

 


        3. Customizing the Investors table

You can customize the Investor table using the icons on the upper right side.

 

 

  •  Show/Hide Search – This will let you search an Investor.
  • Show/Hide Filters – Choose whether to show or hide the filter options on the columns.
  • Show/Hide Columns – Choose whether to show or hide a column. You can also re-order the columns from here.
  • Toggle Density – Lets you resize the column width.
  • Toggle Full Screen – Lets you see the table in full screen.



Households

The Households Page shows you the Households where you can link your Investors. Here are the following ways you can utilize this page:


  1. Add Household

Create a household from here and you can either add a new investor or link existing investor(s) under the household member(s). Then, fill in the General Info and Financial Info if you have the information.


 

        2. Generating the IPS

Once you have the Household set up, you can click the Generate IPS button on the upper right of the Household page. Then, save this as a PDF file that you can send to your client.

 

        3. Edit/Delete Household

Click the pencil icon to edit a Household or the garbage can icon to delete it.
