Advisors can specify the maximum fee or advisory fee at a household level. These are for scenarios when the advisors want to set a different fee from the firm default.
Step 1: Log in to Andes
To get started, log in to Andes platform using your login credentials.
Step 2: Open the Household
On the Client Management page → Households, open the specific household for which you want to set the fees.
Step 3: Navigate to Dashboard → Household details → Fees tab.
The Fees tab is where you can specify the household's fee details.
- If your firm's fee preference is "Net of Max Fee", then specify the Max Fee.
- If your firm's fee preference is "Net of Fee", then specify the Advisory Fee.
Changes will automatically save once you entered a value.
