When you log in to the Andes Risk platform, you’ll be taken directly to the Client Management page. There are two tabs, Households and Investor Profiles.
When creating a household, you can either add members manually or upload multiple households at once using a CSV file. For bulk uploads, prepare a CSV containing the required general information for each household member—we’ve provided a sample file you can download as a reference.
Tip: Select Upload Households for bulk upload then you would be able to see the sample file you can download:
Once your file is ready, upload it and your household members will appear on the Households page.
