Upon logging in to the Andes Risk platform, you will be automatically directed to the Households page. On the household page, if an investor does not have a household yet, the page will display a "user" icon next to their name. To create household, click on the "green household icon" located in the action column.
In creating a household, you have the option to manually add a Household or bulk upload households using a CSV format.
For bulk upload households, you need to have a csv file with the following general information for each household member: We have provided a sample file that you can download.
Once you have your household file, you may upload it so that the list of your household members will be visible on the household page.
