The Andes/Schwab integration brings your clients and prospects from Schwab to Andes Risk Platform including:
- Households
- Investors
- Accounts and positions
If the household comes in from Schwab, you will see an indicator in Andes on the Households page.
Also, you will see it on the Schwab integration page if the integration has been enabled and when was it last run:
Setting up Integration with Schwab
The following steps will guide you in setting up integration with Schwab in Andes:
1. Client: Submit Data Release Request to Schwab
The client needs to send a formal data release request to Schwab to start the integration process.
2. Client: Share Schwab Master Code with Andes
The client provides Andes with their Schwab master code, which is necessary for confirming the data request.
3. Andes: Confirm Request with Schwab
Andes will follow up with Schwab by emailing DataAccessRequests@schwab.com, including the firm's name and master code, to confirm that the request is in queue.
4. Andes: Receive and Sign Data Release Form
Schwab will send Andes a data release form. This form must be signed and returned to proceed with the request.
5. Andes: Receive Data Release Confirmation
Schwab will send an email to confirm that the data release request has been successfully processed.
6. Andes: Set Up Data Processing
Once the data is released, Andes' operations team will set up a batch job to process the incoming data files from Schwab.
If you need additional integration points, please contact support@andesrisk.io, or your Andes contact.
